Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Terms of service for PresidioSec subscriptions, platform access and service limits.
01
Service scope
PresidioSec provides a SaaS incident-readiness platform with playbooks, guided triage, operational templates and a collaborative workspace. Any human incident-response support is activated separately from the recurring software subscription.
The public website, demo and informational materials are descriptive in nature and do not replace the contract or any applicable statement of work.
02
Activation and plans
Activation may happen in self-serve or guided mode depending on billing readiness and the selected plan. Plans, included capabilities, pricing conditions and any trial terms are described on the pricing page and in the relevant contractual documents.
Platform access is personal and requires valid credentials or magic links. The customer remains responsible for assigning authorized users correctly within its workspace.
03
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, keep accounts secure, involve the relevant internal stakeholders and use the platform in compliance with applicable law and contractual instructions.
The customer remains responsible for business, legal and operational decisions taken during an incident, even when using the playbooks, templates or guidance contained in the platform.
04
Limitation of liability
PresidioSec does not guarantee the total prevention of incidents, uninterrupted business continuity or the absence of damage. The platform supports preparedness and coordination, but does not on its own replace services such as SOC, MDR, EDR or continuous forensic consulting.
Any caps, exclusions of indirect damages and liability limitations must be read together with the commercial agreement signed by the customer.
05
Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the relationship is governed by the law identified in the applicable commercial terms and the competent venue is defined in the contractual documents of the service entity.
For customers subject to sector-specific requirements, any addenda, DPAs or security annexes prevail over the general descriptions on the website where expressly stated.
